About Quadrangle Endoscopy Center
Designed exclusively for outpatient endoscopy procedures, Quadrangle Endoscopy Center specializes in same-day procedures in an efficient and safe environment. Since 1994, we’ve provided our quality endoscopy care to patients across eastern North Carolina.
All of our physicians are board certified in their specialties, and many have completed specialized fellowship training as well. Our staff is highly trained and specialized in outpatient endoscopy care. Registered nurses and medical technicians are professionally trained in GI, pulmonary, and surgical endoscopy and recovery care, and all of our staff members are committed to providing you the quality care you deserve.

Our Mission, Goals, and Objectives
It is the primary mission of Quadrangle Endoscopy Center (QEC) to provide high quality, cost-effective, timely ambulatory care in a manner consistent with the needs of the community we serve, without regard to race, color, sex, national origin or ability to pay. Patients will receive convenient, personalized, high quality care with respect for confidentiality and dignity. We pride ourselves on superior patient satisfaction, cost-effective care, state-of-the-art technology and strong relationships with primary care physicians.
Our History
Quadrangle Endoscopy Center was established in August 1994 as eastern North Carolina’s first licensed, freestanding surgery center, exclusively for GI, pulmonary, and surgical procedures. The center was established by a group of physicians who wanted to create a place that is easily accessible for patients, efficient, and has a staff dedicated to GI and pulmonary health.
In 2002, the facility moved to its current location at 1850 West Arlington Boulevard in Greenville. In 2006, the center underwent a major expansion to better serve its patient base. QEC is the largest freestanding endoscopy center in the area, providing a range of GI and pulmonary endoscopic services to the public.
QEC has six procedure rooms, two scope reprocessing rooms, and 16 patient bays for pre- and post-procedure care. The QEC entrance is located at the south end of the Physicians East, PA campus at 1850 West Arlington Boulevard.
